My practice is dedicated to adults and couples seeking meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in providing tailored clinical support for:
Neurodiversity & Anxiety Disorders: Adult ADHD, OCD, and Chronic/Generalized Anxiety.
Relational & Attachment Challenges: Couples in distress, communication breakdowns, and attachment trauma.
Multicultural & First/Second-Generation Individuals: Navigating bicultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, code-switching, and cultural expectations.
My integrative Clinical Approach: In our clinical work, I don’t just treat symptoms in isolation. I view you through a systemic, and culturally responsive lens.
Relational Frameworks: For couples and attachment-focused work, I draw heavily from the CBT, Gottman Method and Attachment Theory to help you foster safety, rebuild trust, and develop deep emotional intimacy.
Family Systems & Cultural Lenses: We will explore how your cultural background, family-of-origin dynamics, and societal expectations have shaped your core beliefs, relational patterns, and coping strategies. Understanding these systemic influences allows us to honor your identity while untangling patterns that no longer serve you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We pair these deep cultural and systemic insights with practical CBT interventions to examine unhelpful thought loops, modify behavioral patterns, and build concrete tools for distress tolerance, executive dysfunction, and symptom management.
Therapy are also available in English and Korean
Individual therapy: Understanding our core beliefs is an important step in recognizing where we are right now. When we hold on to irrational or unhelpful beliefs about ourselves instead of healthier ones, we can start to feel disconnected from our environment, our relationships, and even from ourselves. In therapy, I’ll support you in identifying the core beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns you’ve been carrying—and together, we’ll explore what new patterns could help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you.

Couples therapy: I am passionate about working with couples who struggle with one or both partners dealing with ADHD or other mental health issues, boundary issues, ongoing conflicts, mental health challenges affecting one or both partners, or multicultural differences. I encourage my clients to actively practice improving their communication and critical thinking skills to enhance problem-solving in their relationship. Together, our therapeutic goal is to foster acceptance of each partner’s personality and build a shared, mutually supportive culture.
